Kiss 'n' Fly at O'Hare: a drop-off away from the terminals
The Kiss 'n' Fly is at the Multi-Modal Facility; airport pages say northeast or northwest corner. Take I-190 Exit 2A, park up to 15 minutes, ride the train.

At the Multi-Modal Facility, the Kiss ‘n’ Fly is a drop-off point off Mannheim Road and Zemke Boulevard, and your passenger rides the Airport Transit System into the terminal. The airport’s drop-off page puts it on the northeast corner and its Multi-Modal Facility page on the northwest corner, reached through Door 6. The airport says it spares you the terminal roadways when they get congested at peak times, and that it suits drivers coming from the north and northwest suburbs.
Exit 2A, then two right turns
- From I-190, take Exit 2A, the Mannheim Road north ramp, to Zemke Boulevard.
- At the light, turn right.
- At the first stop sign, turn right. Signs mark the Kiss ‘n’ Fly entrance.
From Higgins Road, the airport says to follow Mannheim Road south to Zemke Road and turn right. Then follow the signs along Bessie Coleman Drive and turn left at Coffey Road, where signs point to Lots H and F, rental cars and the Kiss ‘n’ Fly. The airport gives the Multi-Modal Facility’s address as 10255 W. Zemke Blvd., not the 10000 West O’Hare Ave address on our driving directions page.
Dropping off: leave the car, take the train
The Kiss ‘n’ Fly gives your passenger direct access to the train, which serves Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5. Signs on the way in show which terminal each airline uses, and our airlines page shows where each carrier checks in. The airport’s one ride time is 10 minutes from Terminal 1 at one end of the line to the Multi-Modal Facility at the other, and it gives none for the shorter hops. The train runs 24 hours a day and comes every 3 to 5 minutes at peak times, so an early flight doesn’t change the plan.
The lot has a 15 minute parking limit, which the airport states under its pick-up instructions. The airport’s drop-off page lists no fee.
Inside the building, an information desk near Door 4 is staffed 24 hours, and Smarte Carte baggage carts are in the Multi-Modal Facility.
Picking up: your passenger comes back to you
Arriving passengers ride the train back to the Multi-Modal Facility, where the airport says your party will be waiting. The 15 minute limit applies to pick-up too. The free cell phone lot is the airport’s place to wait until a passenger lands, collects bags and calls for a curb pick-up, and our drop-off and pick-up guide has the directions to it.
Kiss ‘n’ Fly or the terminal curb
At the terminal curb, drop-off is on the upper level Departures curb at the airline’s terminal. Pick-up is on the lower level, at the outermost curb, where an unattended car gets ticketed and towed.
The airport’s wheelchair notes sit under its curb front instructions and don’t mention the Kiss ‘n’ Fly, so a passenger who needs wheelchair help should ask the airline where it meets them. If your passenger is taking a rideshare, rideshare pickup at the Multi-Modal Facility happens only at the Kiss ‘n’ Fly, which the Multi-Modal Facility page puts on the northwest corner, through Door 6. The drop-off page puts the Kiss ‘n’ Fly at the northeast corner, so follow the Kiss ‘n’ Fly signs rather than a compass point.
