Details
  • To drop off, follow the Departures signs to the upper level roadway and stop at the terminal your airline uses; signs on the way in show which terminal each airline is in.
  • Pickup is on the lower level, at the outermost curb. Waiting at the curb is not allowed and unattended vehicles are ticketed and towed, so wait in the free Cell Phone Lot at 560 North Bessie Coleman Drive until your passenger calls.
  • To the Cell Phone Lot from Terminals 1, 2 and 3, take I-190 East, exit toward Mannheim Road and Terminal 5, keep to the left two lanes, turn left onto Bessie Coleman Drive and turn right after 0.2 miles. From Chicago, take the Bessie Coleman Drive exit.
  • To the Kiss 'n' Fly, take I-190 Exit 2A, the Mannheim Road north ramp, to Zemke Boulevard, turn right at the light and right again at the first stop sign. From Higgins Road, follow Mannheim Road south to Zemke Road.
  • Signs on the airport roads lead to each parking lot.
