Royal Jordanian, EgyptAir, Ethiopian and Air India at O'Hare
Royal Jordanian, EgyptAir, Ethiopian Airlines and Air India check in at O'Hare Terminal 5. Which lounge names each one, and which lounges a Priority Pass opens.

Royal Jordanian, EgyptAir, Ethiopian Airlines and Air India check in at Terminal 5, on the Departures and Check-In level. On Concourse M, the Wingtips Lounge names EgyptAir, Ethiopian Airlines and Air India, and no open lounge names Royal Jordanian.
Which lounge names each airline
| Airline | Lounge that names it |
|---|---|
| Royal Jordanian | None open |
| EgyptAir | Wingtips Lounge, as EGYPTAIR |
| Ethiopian Airlines | Wingtips Lounge |
| Air India | Wingtips Lounge |
The airport’s lounge page still names the Swissport Lounge for Royal Jordanian and Air India. Priority Pass lists that lounge as permanently closed, so the table leaves it out.
The airport lists a terminal for each airline, not for each flight, and its terminal map gives no counter or row for these four, so confirm both with your airline. The airport’s airline directory lists Air India under Terminal 5 but marks it “temporarily suspended”, so confirm that your Air India flight is operating. The A to Z airline guide lists every other airline at the airport.
Where the Wingtips Lounge is
Concourse M is behind Security Checkpoint 10, Terminal 5’s checkpoint, which is open 24 hours. Its TSA PreCheck lane runs 3:45 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Its CLEAR lane runs Sunday to Friday 4:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday 4:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Wingtips Lounge is on Concourse M past security. Both the airport’s lounge page and its map put it near Gate M19, and it is open daily 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Among the airlines the airport’s page lists for it are EGYPTAIR, Ethiopian Airlines and Air India, along with SkyTeam Elite Plus members.
Which lounge Royal Jordanian and Air India customers can use
The Wingtips Lounge names Air India. The airport’s page names airlines only and states no fare condition, so ask Air India whether your ticket gets you in before you walk over.
Royal Jordanian customers have no lounge named for them. With a Priority Pass membership, the Wingtips Lounge takes you up to 3 hours before departure, and the Air France Lounge near Gate M17, open daily 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., takes you except from noon to 5 p.m.
The LOT Business Lounge near Gate M18 also sits on the concourse. It admits LOT and Turkish Airlines business class travelers and Star Alliance business class travelers. The airport’s pages don’t list the Star Alliance members, so ask your airline whether its business class qualifies.
Without a lounge fare
For travelers without a lounge fare or a membership, the airport’s page says they “may also purchase day passes for most of the clubs.” It names no club and no price. The lounge access guide has the prices that other lounges do print.
If you’re landing
Terminal 5 is where the airport’s International Traveler page puts customs for international arrivals, and the page doesn’t say which airlines land there. Ask your airline where your flight lands. The Terminal 5 arrivals guide walks the steps from the gate to the exit, and the international connection guide covers the flight on from there.
