O'Hare to the western suburbs and the La Grange Road station
Pace Route 330 runs along Mannheim and LaGrange Roads to the La Grange Road station. Its stops, the days it runs, where sources differ, and taxis.

Route 330 is the Pace bus for the western suburbs. It leaves from the Multi-Modal Facility and runs south along Mannheim and LaGrange Roads. It calls at the La Grange Road station for Amtrak and the Metra BNSF Line. A ride costs $2.00 with a Ventra card, a phone wallet or a contactless bank card.
Start at the Multi-Modal Facility
Route 330 doesn’t stop at the terminals. Ride the Airport Transit System from your terminal to the Multi-Modal Facility, where Pace buses load at bays 8 and 9.
Reduced fares are $1.00 by card. Cash costs $2.25, or $1.10 with proof of reduced-fare eligibility, and cash gets no transfers.
Pace and the airport disagree on the days
Pace’s route page says Route 330 provides daily service. The airport’s public transit page says weekday and Saturday service. Only Pace says Sunday buses run, so confirm Sunday service with Pace.
Neither page gives a first bus, a last bus or a trip time. Pace’s page links a PDF schedule and a live bus tracker, each split into northbound and southbound, so check those for your day before you plan around the bus.
What the route serves
Pace’s route page names these stops. The route ends at Archer Avenue and Harlem Avenue in Summit.
| Stop | What’s there |
|---|---|
| Rosemont CTA Blue Line station | The Blue Line |
| Metra North Central Service Rosemont station | Metra’s North Central Service trains |
| Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and Rosemont Theater | Rosemont’s venues |
| La Grange Road station | Amtrak and the Metra BNSF Line |
| Countryside Plaza | No description from Pace |
| Quarry Shopping Center | A shopping center |
The airport’s page names only the La Grange Road station, the Quarry Shopping Center and Countryside Plaza. Neither page says where the Amtrak or BNSF trains go from La Grange Road, so check Metra and Amtrak for destinations.
Pace also lists the Rosemont Transit Center, a park-and-ride where other Pace routes call. Their names pair Rosemont with Schaumburg, Elgin and I-90/Randall Rd.
Taxis: check the city’s list for your suburb
The airport’s accessibility page lists the suburbs where a cab charges the straight meter, among them Oak Park, River Grove, Rosemont and Summit. A trip to any other suburb costs the meter plus one half. La Grange isn’t on the list, so expect the higher rate there.
Cabs at the stand on the lower-level curb outside baggage claim serve suburban destinations. A suburban company’s cab has to be booked by phone first. The taxi page lists the meter rates and the departure tax.
