The airport's directory publishes no opening hours for Gift Shop. The other Gift Shop here is at Lobby Level, Hilton.

Where in the terminal: Arcade Level, the lower floor of the Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel, which stands across from Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Walk in from those terminals through the underground walkways, or ride the Airport Transit System from Terminal 5.

The airport map lists this shop for Chicago souvenirs, apparel and travel essentials, with t-shirts, jackets, sports gear, toys, snacks, electronics and bags among the things it stocks.
It is on the Arcade Level, the Hilton's lower floor, on the same floor as the UPS Store, the Barber Shop and O'Hare Dental Group. The hotel's other gift shop is one floor up on the Lobby Level, near the check-in desk.
The UPS Store on this floor packs and ships domestic and international parcels and prints documents, daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Escalators and elevators link the Arcade Level with the Lobby Level above, where Caffe Mercato serves Starbucks coffee from 6 a.m. to midnight.
The Hilton is before security, and an indoor walkway links it with the CTA Blue Line station.
