Lounges in Terminal 5 at O'Hare: Delta, Air France and LOT
Delta Sky Club near Gates M11 to M14, Air France near M17, LOT near M18. Hours, who gets in, and what to use now that the Swissport Lounge has closed.

Four lounges are open on Concourse M in Terminal 5, all past security. The airport’s lounge page lists a fifth, the Swissport Lounge, but Priority Pass lists it as permanently closed. This guide covers the Delta Sky Club, the Air France Lounge and the LOT Business Lounge, and the last section covers Wingtips and the closed Swissport Lounge. Of the three, the Delta Sky Club admits the widest mix of travelers, and the Air France and LOT lounges are narrower.
| Lounge | Where | Hours |
|---|---|---|
| Delta Sky Club | Between Gates M11 and M14 | Sunday to Friday 4:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 4:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. |
| Air France Lounge | Past the duty free shops, near Gate M17 | Daily 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. |
| LOT Business Lounge | Near Gate M18 | None listed |
The airport’s lounge page gives Gate M13 for the Sky Club, which falls between Gates M11 and M14, and Gates M17 and M18 for the other two. That page lists no hours for any lounge.
Who gets into the Delta Sky Club
These travelers get into the Delta Sky Club:
- Delta Sky Club members
- Delta One customers
- SkyTeam premium cabin customers
- SkyTeam Elite Plus members who aren’t Delta Medallion Members, in any cabin on a same-day international flight on a SkyTeam airline
- Delta Diamond, Platinum and Gold Medallion members on a same-day international flight in Delta Premium Select or Delta One
- Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express card members
- American Express Platinum and Centurion card members
- WestJet Business Class customers and WestJet Rewards Gold and Platinum members
- LATAM Business Class customers and LATAM Pass Black Signature, Black and Platinum members
Entry is within 3 hours of departure with a same-day boarding pass. Delta Main Basic tickets aren’t admitted, and Comfort Basic, First Basic and Premium Select Basic tickets will lose access too unless you have a qualifying way in. Delta no longer sells Single Visit Passes, but the Sky Club accepts one you already hold until the expiration date printed on it. Delta’s overview page lists Individual and Executive memberships. The airport lists (800) 221-1212 beside the Sky Club.
Card members get a set number of visits. Delta’s access page gives Reserve card members 15 visits each Medallion Year and Platinum card members 10, and each extra visit costs $50 per person. Those visits can’t cover guests. Executive members bring two guests free. Individual members pay $50 or 5,000 miles per guest, and Reserve and Platinum card members pay $50 per guest on the card. Immediate family counts as guests, meaning a spouse or domestic partner and children under 21. Travelers under 18 need a supervising adult who has Club access, and alcohol is served only to people 21 and older.
The Terminal Transfer Bus boards at Gate M13, between the Sky Club’s gates. Our Terminal Transfer Bus page has its hours.
The Air France Lounge adds Priority Pass, with a gap at midday
The airport’s lounge page names Air France Business customers, Flying Blue Elite Plus members, eligible KLM travelers and SkyTeam Elite Plus members traveling on a SkyTeam airline. It lists (847) 447-3198 for the lounge. Priority Pass members also get in, though not between noon and 5 p.m.
The LOT lounge has no hours or phone number listed
The airport’s row for the LOT lounge reads Turkish Airlines, LOT and Star Alliance business class travelers. The row ends with a link for entry by airline membership holders and other travel programs, with a complete list, and the lounge page doesn’t spell that list out. Ask LOT for the hours and the phone number.
Wingtips, and the closed Swissport Lounge
The Wingtips Lounge near Gate M19 is open daily 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and serves a longer list of airlines. Priority Pass members get in up to 3 hours before departure.
Priority Pass members still have the Air France Lounge, covered above, and Wingtips. The airport’s lounge page still names the Swissport Lounge, and it names Emirates, Etihad Airways, Finnair and Royal Jordanian only against that lounge, so ask your airline where its customers go now. The Wingtips guide opens with the closure and lists which airlines Wingtips takes.
