- It sits on the Hilton's Lobby Level near the check-in desk, on the same floor as Caffe Mercato, open daily 6 a.m. to midnight, Andiamo, open daily 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the Gaslight Club, open daily 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- The airport map files it under shops for apparel, gifts, souvenirs, snacks, electronics and bags.
- A second Hilton gift shop is one floor down on the Arcade Level, next to the UPS Store, the Barber Shop and O'Hare Dental Group.
