- Caffe Mercato is the Hilton Chicago O'Hare's grab-and-go marketplace, for a quick bite or a light meal, and it brews Starbucks coffee.
- It sells breakfast pastries, panini sandwiches, fresh salads and blended drinks.
- It opens daily from 6 a.m. to midnight. In the same hotel Andiamo serves from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the Gaslight Club from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- It is on the hotel's Lobby Level, the floor with the Hilton check-in desk and a gift shop. The UPS Store, a barber shop and a second gift shop are one floor down on the Arcade Level.
