- **Where to board:** Lower level centre lane, lane 2, at every terminal
- **Route:** Book ahead, then call the company once you have your bags; they give a plate number, a description of the car and a door to meet at. Depending on traffic the car takes 5 to 20 minutes to reach the pick up point. Some companies send the driver into baggage claim to meet you and walk you to the car, typically a 5 to 7 minute walk to the livery parking across from each terminal. A list of pre-arranged limousine services is posted by the airport information booths across from Door C on the lower level of each terminal.
- **Details:**
  - Limousines serve both City of Chicago and suburban destinations.
  - Without a booking, you can reserve with a company of your choice at the ride boards.
  - Black car pickups are on the lower level of every terminal.
