United Club, O'Hare

United’s lounges are in Terminals 1 and 2, American’s are in Terminal 3, and Delta, Air France and the partner lounges are in Terminal 5. Every one of them is past security, and each has its own page under [Lounges](https://ordairportguide.com/lounges/). The airport’s lounge page gives no opening hours. The hours below come from the airport’s terminal map, American’s page for the Flagship Lounge, and our own listings where the map doesn’t print them.

## United’s lounges are in Terminals 1 and 2

| Lounge | Where | Who gets in | Hours |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| United Club | Terminal 1, Concourse B, near Gate B6 | United Club members and eligible United customers | Daily 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. |
| United Club | Terminal 1, Concourse B, near Gate B18 | United Club members and eligible United customers | Daily 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. |
| United Club | Terminal 1, Concourse C, near Gate C10 | United Club members and eligible United customers | Daily 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. |
| United Club | Terminal 2, Concourse E, near Gate E7 | United Club members and eligible United customers | Daily 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. |
| United Club | Terminal 2, Concourse F, near Gate F9 | United Club members and eligible United customers | Daily 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. |
| United Polaris Lounge | Terminal 1, Concourse C, near Gate C18 | International first and business class customers only | Daily 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. |

The airport’s lounge page names no eligibility rules for the Clubs beyond that, so ask United which fares and status levels count. The airport lists (866) 822-5827 beside the Clubs as the Lounge number, so call it to confirm a day’s hours or ask about buying access before you cross a terminal.

## American’s lounges are all in Terminal 3

| Lounge | Where | Who gets in | Hours |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Admirals Club | Concourse G, near Gate G8 | Admirals Club members and eligible American Airlines customers, plus Japan Airlines and Iberia customers whose fare or status includes lounge access | Daily 6:15 a.m. to 9:45 p.m. |
| Admirals Club | Concourse L, near Gate L2A | The same | Daily 5 a.m. to 9:45 p.m. |
| Admirals Club | Concourse H, by Gate H6, beside the Flagship Lounge | The same | Daily 4:15 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. |
| Flagship Lounge | Between Gates H6 and K6, where Concourses H and K meet | American premium cabin and top tier customers on qualifying flights | Daily 4:15 a.m. to 10:15 p.m. |

American’s Flagship page opens the lounge to customers in First or Business on a qualifying same-day international or transcontinental flight, or on Chicago to Honolulu or Maui. It also admits AAdvantage Executive Platinum, Platinum Pro and Platinum members, and Alaska Atmos Titanium, Platinum and Gold members, on a qualifying same-day international flight. ConciergeKey members get in on any same-day flight that American, a oneworld airline or Aer Lingus markets and operates. oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members get in on any same-day flight that American or a oneworld airline markets and operates, in any cabin. American’s Admirals Club page names the Citi / AAdvantage Executive World Legend Mastercard as the only card with Admirals Club membership. The airport lists (800) 237-7971 beside the Admirals Clubs, and our [Admirals and Flagship guide](https://ordairportguide.com/guides/admirals-clubs-flagship-lounge-at-ohare/) covers the Admirals Clubs and the Flagship Lounge in detail.

## Terminal 5 holds Delta, Air France and the partner lounges

| Lounge | Where | Who gets in | Hours |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Delta Sky Club | Concourse M, between Gates M11 and M14 | Delta Sky Club members, Delta One and SkyTeam premium cabin customers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members and certain American Express cardholders, within 3 hours of departure with a same-day boarding pass. Delta Main Basic tickets aren’t admitted | Sunday to Friday 4:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 4:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. |
| Air France Lounge | Concourse M, past the duty free shops, near Gate M17 | Air France Business customers, Flying Blue Elite Plus members and eligible KLM customers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members traveling on a SkyTeam airline, and Priority Pass members except from noon to 5 p.m. | Daily 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. |
| LOT Business Lounge | Concourse M, near Gate M18 | LOT Polish Airlines and Turkish Airlines business class customers, Star Alliance business class customers and eligible frequent flyers | None listed |
| Wingtips Lounge | Concourse M, near Gate M19 | Customers of the airlines the airport lists, including Air Canada, Lufthansa, SWISS and United, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, and Priority Pass members up to 3 hours before departure | Daily 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. |

Priority Pass lists the Swissport Lounge as permanently closed, although the airport’s lounge page still lists it. Priority Pass members can still use the Air France Lounge and the Wingtips Lounge.

The airport lists these airlines for the Wingtips Lounge: Aegean Airlines, Air Canada, Air China, Air India, Air New Zealand, All Nippon Airways, Asiana Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Avianca, Brussels Airlines, Copa Airlines, Croatia Airlines, EGYPTAIR, Ethiopian Airlines, EVA AIR, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Scandinavian Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, SWISS, TAP Portugal, THAI Airways and United. The airport lists (800) 221-1212 beside the Delta Sky Club and (847) 447-3198 beside the Air France Lounge.

The Sky Club also admits WestJet and LATAM premium customers. Delta’s overview page adds that the Reserve card carries 15 visits each Medallion Year and that an Executive Membership brings up to two guests. Three more ways in each need a same-day boarding pass, and international here excludes travel between the U.S. and the Caribbean:

- Delta Medallion status. Diamond, Platinum and Gold members get in on a same-day international flight in Delta Premium Select or Delta One, or the equivalent cabin on a partner airline, with one guest in the same cabin. Delta First to Mexico, Canada or Central America also works, with one guest in Delta First. Medallion members in international Main Cabin or Delta Comfort+ don’t get in this way.
- American Express. Platinum Card and Business Platinum Card members get 10 visits each Medallion Year on a same-day Delta or Delta Connection flight, and two guests can come at $50 each per visit. Select Centurion Cards also work on those flights, with two guests at $50 each.
- SkyTeam Elite Plus. Any cabin works on a same-day international flight operated by a SkyTeam airline, or when you transfer between two SkyTeam-operated flights. One guest on a SkyTeam-operated flight can come along.

Our [Terminal 5 lounges guide](https://ordairportguide.com/guides/lounges-terminal-5-at-ohare-delta-air-france-lot/) compares Delta, Air France and LOT.

## Gates and hours the airport lists two ways

- **Delta Sky Club.** The lounge page gives Gate M13. The map gives Gates M11 and M14.
- **Flagship Lounge.** American’s page closes it at 10:15 p.m. The airport’s map says 10:45 p.m.

## Can you pay your way in?

The airport’s lounge page says travelers without a club membership “may also purchase day passes for most of the clubs.” It doesn’t say which clubs or what a pass costs. American’s pages are more specific. A Flagship Single Visit Pass is $150 or 15,000 AAdvantage miles per person, and all three Admirals Clubs list a One-Day Pass, though access may be limited or unavailable when a lounge is full.

For United, the airport’s terminal map entry for the United Club by Gate B6 says “Approach our friendly lounge staff for purchasable access (subject to availability),” and it says nothing like that for the other United Clubs. Delta no longer sells Sky Club Single Visit Passes, but the Sky Club still accepts one you already hold until the expiration date printed on it. Our [lounge access guide](https://ordairportguide.com/guides/can-you-buy-lounge-access-at-ohare/) sets out what each lounge lists.

## Which lounges can you reach from where you are?

Terminals 1, 2 and 3 connect on foot after security, so a Terminal 2 gate doesn’t rule out a lounge in Terminal 1 or 3 if you qualify. Terminal 5 has no walkway to them. From Terminal 5, the Terminal Transfer Bus runs from Gate M13 between 11:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., but it carries connecting passengers only, each with a boarding pass for a same-day flight from the terminal they’re heading to. If you aren’t connecting, the Airport Transit System means leaving security and being screened again. Our [walking guide](https://ordairportguide.com/guides/can-you-walk-between-ohare-terminals-after-security/) has the routes between the other three terminals.

The Family Lounge in Terminal 2 is a play space for children rather than an airline lounge, and it has its own [Family Lounge guide](https://ordairportguide.com/guides/family-lounge-at-ohare-terminal-2/).
