- **Details:** Items left at a ticket counter, a gate or on an aircraft go to the airline. Items left at a checkpoint go to the Transportation Security Administration. Airport Transit System: (773) 462-0400. Parking keys: (773) 686-7530. All other parking items and anything left in a public area of a terminal: Chicago Police on (773) 686-2385. Restaurants: (773) 377-7804. Hudson News: (773) 686-7535. Terminal 5 customs area: (773) 686-3157. Rental cars at the Multi-Modal Facility: (773) 462-9515.
